1. Website packages
- Before I start work: if you cancel before I've started on your design, I refund [CONFIRM: e.g. the full advance].
- After I've started: the advance covers work already done and is [CONFIRM: e.g. not refundable].
- After the design is approved or the site is live: [CONFIRM: e.g. no refund], but I'll still hand over everything you've paid for.
2. Monthly plans
You can cancel a monthly plan any time with 30 days' notice. Payments for months already started are [CONFIRM: e.g. not refunded].
3. Domain, hosting and other third-party costs
Money paid to other companies for your domain name, hosting, paid plugins or stock photos goes to them, not me, so I can't refund it. These are in your name, so you keep them.
4. If something isn't right
If you're unhappy with the work, please tell me first. I'd much rather fix the problem. If I can't deliver what we agreed in the quote, I'll refund the part of the price for the work I couldn't deliver.
5. How to ask for a refund
Email harnoor459456@gmail.com or message me on WhatsApp (+91 79733 53244) with your name and project. I'll reply within [CONFIRM: e.g. 7 days], and approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within [CONFIRM: e.g. 7 working days].
